Tender Garlic-Infused Chicken Meatballs in Butter Sauce

Ingredients:
For the Chicken Meatballs:
1 lb (450g) ground chicken
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 large egg
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, finely minced
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:
1. Make the Meatballs:
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, parsley, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Mix gently until just combined (donโ€™t overwork the mixture).

Form into small meatballs (about 1โ€“1 ยฝ inches).

2. Cook the Meatballs:
Heat a little oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add meatballs in batches and cook until golden brown on all sides and cooked through (about 8โ€“10 minutes total).

Remove meatballs and set aside.

3. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
