Ingredients:
For the Chicken Meatballs:
1 lb (450g) ground chicken
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 large egg
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, finely minced
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Make the Meatballs:
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, parsley, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix gently until just combined (donโt overwork the mixture).
Form into small meatballs (about 1โ1 ยฝ inches).
2. Cook the Meatballs:
Heat a little oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add meatballs in batches and cook until golden brown on all sides and cooked through (about 8โ10 minutes total).
Remove meatballs and set aside.
3. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add garlic and sautรฉ for 1โ2 minutes until fragrant (donโt let it brown).
Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice; simmer for 2โ3 minutes until slightly reduced.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in fresh parsley.
4. Combine & Serve:
Return meatballs to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
Simmer for another 2โ3 minutes to let flavors meld.
Serve warm with pasta, rice, mashed potatoes, or crusty bread.

Add a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
For extra richness, stir in 1โ2 tbsp of cream or Parmesan to the sauce.
Make it gluten-free by using gluten-free breadcrumbs.
