Ingredients:
For the Chicken Meatballs:
1 lb (450g) ground chicken
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 large egg
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, finely minced
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions:
1. Make the Meatballs:
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, parsley, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Mix gently until just combined (don’t overwork the mixture).

Form into small meatballs (about 1–1 Β½ inches).

2. Cook the Meatballs:
Heat a little oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add meatballs in batches and cook until golden brown on all sides and cooked through (about 8–10 minutes total).

Remove meatballs and set aside.

3. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
