  • 12 oz tri-color rotini pasta
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded
  • 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled (or real bacon bits)
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup ham slices, chopped
  • 1/2 cup turkey slices, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Step 1: Cook the Pasta

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook the tri-color rotini pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.
  3. Drain the pasta and rinse it under cold water to stop the cooking process. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.

Step 2: Combine the Ingredients

  1. Add the cheddar cheesebaconlettucehamturkey, and tomatoes to the bowl of pasta.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and ranch seasoning until smooth. Pour over the pasta mixture.

Step 3: Mix and Chill

  1. Toss everything together until the pasta and ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.
  2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
