INGREDIENTS
2 1/4 cups water
1 3.4 ounce package tapioca pudding (cook and serve)
1 3.5 ounce package instant vanilla pudding
1 3 ounce package orange Jello mix
1 8 ounce container Cool Whip thawed
1 14 ounce can mandarin oranges drained
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large saucepan, combine the water, tapioca pudding mix, instant vanilla pudding mix, and orange jello mix. Heat over medium heat until the mixture begins to boil.
Remove from the heat and pour into a large bowl. Set aside to cool to room temperature for 1 hour or until completely cooled.
Once the jello and pudding mixture is completely cooled, stir in the mandarin oranges and the Cool Whip. Pour the mixture into a serving dish.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until serving.
