INGREDIENTS
• 1 pound elbow macaroni
• 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
• 1 cup gouda cheese, shredded
• 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
• 1 cup cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup milk

DIRECTIONS
1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente, then drain. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni with all the cheeses and milk. 3. Mix until well combined and the cheeses are evenly distributed. 4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. 5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. 6. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
