SMOKED GOUDA STEAK SANDWICH

– 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, thinly sliced

– 4 ciabatta rolls or your preferred bread

– 1 cup smoked Gouda cheese, shredded

– 1 large onion, thinly sliced

– 1 tablespoon olive oil

– Salt and pepper to taste

– 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

– 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

– Fresh arugula or spinach for garnish (optional)

1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced onions and cook until caramelized, about 10 minutes. Set aside.
