No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Lasagna


For the Crust:

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/4 cup sugar

For the Cheesecake Layer:

2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons milk

For the Strawberry Layer:

2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced

1/2 cup strawberry jam

For the Topping:

2 cups whipped cream

1/2 cup white chocolate shavings

Additional sliced strawberries for garnish


Prepare the Crust: In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.

Cheesecake Layer: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth and creamy. Spread this mixture over the chilled crust.

Strawberry Layer: Spread the strawberry jam evenly over the cheesecake layer. Then, arrange the sliced strawberries on top of the jam.

Final Layer: Spread the whipped cream over the strawberries. Garnish with white chocolate shavings and additional sliced strawberries.

Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow the layers to set.
