• 1lb. ground beef
• 1 egg 1/3 cup bread crumbs
• 1/2tsp. black pepper
• 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. onion powder
• 1 clove garlic minced
• 1tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1tbsp. oil
• 1 1/2 cup thinly sliced onion
• 2tbsp. all-purpose flour 1 cup beef broth 1/2tsp. salt
In a colossal bowl, join as one the ground burger, egg, bread scraps, pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Structure into thick patties.Heat the oil in a huge skillet over medium force.Burn the patties and onion in the oil until patties are well carmelized.Dispense with the cheeseburger patties to a plate, and keep warm.
Sprinkle flour over the onions and drippings in the skillet.Blend in flour in with a fork, scratching bits of cheeseburger off of the base as you blend.
Consistently mix in the cheeseburger stock.Season with arranged salt.Stew and blend over medium-low power for close to 5 minutes, until the sauce thickens.Go power to low, return patties to the sauce, cover, and stew for 15 extra minutes.
