Scalloped Potato Roll


● Thinly sliced potatoes

● Parmesan cheese

● Lean minced beef

● Garlic

● Onion

● Tomato puree

● Dried oregano

● Beef stock cube

● Water

● Low-calorie cooking spray


Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.

Layer the thinly sliced potatoes with parmesan cheese.

Bake the potatoes for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the minced beef with onion, garlic, and oregano in a frying pan.

Simmer the mixture with tomato puree, beef stock cube, and water.

After the potatoes have baked, take them out and cover them with another baking tray. Weigh down the tray and bake the potatoes for an additional 20 minutes.

Once the potatoes are cooked, spread the meat mixture over the potatoes and roll them up like a Swiss roll.

Bake the roll for another 15 minutes until it is golden brown and bubbly.
