1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
8 oz penne pasta, cooked and drained
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
Fresh basil, chopped (for garnish)

Cook the Chicken:

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken pieces with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
