Ingredients
For the Dry Rub
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
1 tablespoon brown sugar
For the Chicken Wings
2 pounds chicken wings, split and tips removed
1 tablespoon olive oil
For the Glaze
½ cup honey
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon sriracha (optional for heat)
Directions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top. Spray the rack with nonstick spray to prevent sticking.
Step 2: Season the Wings

In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil until coated.

In a separate bowl, mix together the dry rub ingredients. Sprinkle the dry rub over the wings and toss until they’re evenly coated.
Step 3: Bake the Wings

Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared wire rack.

Bake for 45-50 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through, until they’re crispy and golden brown.
Step 4: Make the Glaze

In a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and sriracha.

Simmer over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until the glaze thickens slightly.
Step 5: Glaze the Wings

Remove the wings from the oven and brush the glaze over each wing.

Return the wings to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes to set the glaze.
Step 6: Serve

Serve your Glazed Dry Rub Chicken Wings warm, with extra glaze on the side for dipping. Pair with ranch, blue cheese dressing, or celery sticks for the ultimate wing experience!
