Shrimp and Crab Salad

1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 lb lump crab meat

1 cup celery, finely chopped

1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Lettuce leaves for serving

Lemon wedges for garnish

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shrimp and crab meat.

Add the celery, red onion, red bell pepper, parsley, and dill. Gently toss to combine.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning.

Pour the dressing over the shrimp and crab mixture. Gently fold to coat all the ingredients evenly.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Serve the salad on a bed of lettuce leaves and garnish with lemon wedges.
