Ingredients
2 Tbs Black olives sliced
3 or 4 Bacon rashers chopped
1/4 Cup Cheddar cheese grated
2 1/2 cups Almond Flour
Butter for greasing
2 tsp Fresh yeast
1 medium Onion chopped
2 Tbs Fresh parsley chopped
Salt a pinch
Method:
Preheat oven to 180°C grease a baking tin with some butter take yeast in a bowl and 1 tablespoon warm water mix and set aside to activate
Take almond flour in another bowl as salt and activated yeast and mix well. Add sufficient water and knead into a soft dough. heat bacon, rashes in a nonstick pan and cook on a medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Add onion mix and sweat it in the bacon fat, drains the excess fat and set aside to cool.
Add the bacon mixture, black & green, olives, parsley, & cheese to the bread dough, and knead, place the dough in agrees tin and set aside to prove for 15 to 20 minutes.
