No-Bake Coconut Pecan Praline Cookies

1 1⁄2 cups granulated sugar 
1⁄2 cup brown sugar, packed 
1⁄2 cup unsalted butter 
1⁄2 cup evaporated milk 
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
2 cups chopped pecans 
1 cup shredded coconut 
2 cups quick oats 
1⁄2 teaspoon salt

1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the granulated sugar, brown sugar, butter, and evaporated milk. Stir continuously until that delightful mixture comes to a boil.
2. Let it boil for about 2-3 minutes while stirring occasionally until it thickens just a bit.
3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, pecans, shredded coconut, oats, and salt.
4. Now, drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto parchment paper and gently press them into a cookie shape.
