1 lb ground beef
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
4 flour tortillas
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup pickles, chopped
1/2 onion, sautéed

Cook the ground beef in a skillet, season with salt and pepper, then drain excess fat.
Mix in crumbled bacon, maple syrup, pickles, and sautéed onion.
Place one tortilla on a flat surface, and add a portion of the beef mixture in the center.
Sprinkle with cheddar cheese, then top with another tortilla.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the quesadilla on both sides until golden and crispy.
Slice and serve hot with a side of dipping sauce if desired.
