Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
4 small golden potatoes, halved
2 carrots, sliced
1/2 cup green peas
1/2 cup green beans
2 corn cobs, cut into chunks
1 1/2 cups beef broth
1 cup tomato sauce
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt & pepper, to taste

Directions
Brown Meat: In a large pot, heat olive oil and brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Drain excess fat if needed.
Add Veggies: Stir in potatoes, carrots, corn, peas, and green beans.
Simmer: Pour in tomato sauce and broth. Add paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Cook Low & Slow: Cover and simmer on low for 30–40 minutes until veggies are tender.
