2 cups chicken breast, cubed
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup spinach leaves
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Heat 1/4 cup of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add the cubed chicken breast and cook until browned on all sides.
Stir in 1 tbsp of minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Add 1 cup of broccoli florets and 1/2 cup of chicken broth. Cover the pan and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Add 1 cup of spinach leaves and cook until they are wilted.
Sprinkle 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 tsp of salt, and 1/4 tsp of black pepper over the mixture. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
