4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper (to taste)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp unsalted butter

2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups fresh spinach leaves
1/4 cup chicken broth (or water)
1 tbsp olive oil

1. Prepare the Chicken:

Pat the chicken breasts dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and paprika.
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken breasts and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F). Remove from skillet and set aside.
2. Cook the Broccoli:
