– 2 lobster tails

– Using kitchen shears, cut along the top shell of each lobster tail. Carefully pull the meat out, keeping it attached at the base, and rest it on top of the shell for a beautiful presentation.
– In a bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush this garlic butter over the lobster meat.

– Preheat the ovenโs broiler. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil for 8-10 minutes until the meat is opaque. Baste with garlic butter halfway through. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
