Crock Pot Ranch Chicken Sandwiches

– 2 lbs (900g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
– 1 cup (240ml) chicken broth
– 1/2 cup (120g) cream cheese
– 1/2 cup (120ml) sour cream
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 6 soft sandwich buns
– Optional toppings: shredded lettuce, sliced pickles, or crispy bacon

1. Place chicken breasts in the crock pot. Sprinkle with ranch seasoning and pour chicken broth over the top.
2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender.
3. Shred the chicken using two forks and mix in cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Serve the chicken on sandwich buns and add your favorite toppings.
