Delicious garlic bread filled with a savory shrimp and crab mixture.
Ingredients:
– 1 loaf of French bread
– 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
– 1/2 cup crab meat
– 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
– 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 4 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions:
– Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
– Slice the French bread in half lengthwise and scoop out some of the insides to create a hollow space.
– In a bowl, mix together shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
– Spoon the seafood mixture into the hollowed-out bread halves.
– Top each half with shredded mozzarella cheese and drizzle with melted butter.
– Place the stuffed bread on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
– Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
