Prepare the Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the grated zucchini, beaten eggs, chopped onion, flour, Parmesan cheese, Mozzarella cheese, and salt. Stir well to ensure the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Heat Oil: Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
