Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped onion and minced garlic until softened.
Add the ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks. Cook until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Prepare the Dough:
Unroll the crescent roll dough on a lightly floured surface. Pinch the seams together to form a rectangle.
Assemble the Rolls:
Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly over the crescent dough.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the beef.
Starting from one edge, roll the dough tightly to form a log. Pinch the edges to seal.
Slice and Bake:
Cut the roll into 1-inch slices and place them cut-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve:
Let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
