Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the asparagus on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.
Sprinkle minced garlic, salt, and pepper evenly over the asparagus.
Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven.
Top the asparagus with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle crispy bacon crumbles on top.
