4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 bunch of asparagus (trimmed)
1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

1- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2- Using a sharp knife, carefully cut a pocket into each chicken breast without slicing all the way through.
3- Season both sides of the chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
4- Stuff each chicken breast with 3-4 asparagus spears and about 1/4 cup of mozzarella cheese. 5- Secure the opening with toothpicks.
6- Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
7- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through, and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
8- Remove the toothpicks before serving and garnish with fresh parsley.
