1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder

2 cups milk
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
4-5 medium russet potatoes, thinly sliced
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 375Β°F. Grease a 9Γ13 baking dish.
Mix beef with seasonings and form 6 patties. Brown patties lightly.
Make gravy by whisking flour and milk.
Layer potatoes, onions, and patties in the dish.
Pour gravy over, cover with foil, and bake for 1 hour.
Top with cheese, bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
