First, peel the 3 apples and grate them into a medium bowl.
After the apples are grated, mix them with 50g sugar and 5g cinnamon until well blended.
Then, on a clean, flat surface, roll out the 500g puff pastry into a large rectangular piece.
Make sure the pastry is evenly thick so it bakes evenly.
Once the pastry is rolled out, spread the prepared apple mixture evenly over the surface of the pastry, leaving a small border around the edges.
Next, carefully roll the puff pastry from one edge to form a tight log.
Then, using a sharp knife, cut slices about 2 cm thick.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the apple rolls on the sheet, leaving enough space between them to allow them to rise during baking.
In a small bowl, beat one egg and brush the tops of each roll with the egg.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
After baking, remove the sheet from the oven and let the rolls cool slightly before serving.
Enjoy!
