Directions:
Prep Chicken: Cut a pocket into each breast.
Make Filling: Mix all filling ingredients in a bowl until smooth.
Stuff: Fill each pocket generously. Secure with toothpicks.
Season & Bake: Add chicken to greased dish, season on top, add butter, cover.
Bake at 450°F for 25 min (longer for large breasts).
Serve: Remove toothpicks before serving. Goes great with mashed potatoes and green beans.

Green Beans:
Boil trimmed fresh green beans 30 min with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, minced garlic. Add butter to finish.
Mashed Potatoes:
Boil 6 russet potatoes. Mix with 1 cup warm heavy cream, ½ stick butter, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Mash smooth.
Tip: You can double the filling and freeze it for next time—it’s THAT good.
