These wings are crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and tossed in a bold, buttery buffalo sauce. Perfect for game day, parties, or anytime you’re craving a little heat with a lot of flavor!

Ingredients:

For the Chicken Wings:

2 lbs chicken wings (flats & drumettes)

1 tsp baking powder (for extra crispiness)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Salt & black pepper, to taste

1 tbsp vegetable oil

For the Buffalo Sauce:

1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot (or any cayenne hot sauce)

1/4 cup unsalted butter

1 tbsp honey or brown sugar (for a touch of sweetness)

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Dash of cayenne pepper (optional, for extra kick)

Optional for Serving:

Ranch or blue cheese dressing

Celery and carrot sticks

Instructions:

Step 1: Prep the Wings

Pat the wings dry with paper towels.

In a large bowl, toss wings with baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and oil.

Step 2: Bake or Air-FryOven Method:

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Place wings on a baking rack over a foil-lined sheet pan.

Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.

Air Fryer Method:

Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

Cook wings in batches for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Step 3: Make the Sauce

In a small saucepan, combine hot sauce, butter, honey, garlic powder, and cayenne.

Heat over low until melted and smooth, about 3–5 minutes.

Step 4: Toss and Serve

Transfer hot wings to a large bowl, pour sauce over, and toss to coat evenly.

Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese and fresh veggies!
