Prep the ham: Unwrap the ham and place it cut-side down in your slow cooker. If it’s too tall for the lid, you can trim a bit off the bottom or cover it with foil before putting on the lid.
Make the glaze: In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, brown sugar, mustard, juice, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg. Stir until smooth and just starting to simmer. (No need to boil.)
Pour the glaze: Drizzle the warm glaze all over the ham, making sure it gets between the slices. Reserve about 1/4 cup of the glaze for serving later.
Slow cook: Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or until the ham is heated through and tender. Baste with the juices once or twice if you can.
Optional glaze finish: If you want a thicker glaze for drizzling, bring the reserved 1/4 cup to a simmer in a small pan. Stir in cornstarch mixed with water and cook until thickened, 1–2 minutes.
Serve: Carefully transfer the ham to a platter. Spoon juices over the top and serve with extra glaze on the side.
