Items: Shrimp with bell peppers, onions, carrots in a savory sauce

 Shrimp Stir-Fry:

Ingredients:

1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/2 onion, sliced

1 bell pepper, sliced

1–2 carrots, julienned

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

1 tsp garlic, minced

Green onions or cilantro (optional)

Instructions:

1. Heat oil in a large pan or wok.

2. Add garlic, then onions and carrots. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.

3. Add bell peppers and shrimp; cook until shrimp turns pink.

4. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce; stir to coat.

5. Simmer for a minute; thicken with cornstarch slurry if desired.

6. Garnish and serve hot.
