– 1 stick butter (½ cup)
– 1 cup milk
– ¾ cup all-purpose flour
– 4 eggs
– ½–1 Tablespoon sugar (optional) �
– Sugar for sprinkling
– Honey for serving
– Whipped cream/fruit (optional)
Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease muffin pan thoroughly.
2. Melt butter in saucepan. Add milk and bring to low boil.
3. Add flour all at once, stir vigorously until dough forms a ball.
4. Cool dough 5 minutes.
5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until smooth.
6. Divide dough into muffin cups. Sprinkle with sugar.
7. Bake 30 minutes until golden and puffed.
8. Serve warm with honey or other toppings
