Ingredients:
½ cup butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup peanut butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 ¾ cups quick-cooking oats
¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup M&M candies

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan and set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and brown sugar until smooth.
Add peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Beat until fully combined.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour and baking soda. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
Fold in the oats, chocolate chips, and M&M candies until evenly distributed.
Press the dough evenly into the prepared pan. Optionally, press a few more M&Ms on top for a colorful finish.
Bake for 14 to 16 minutes or until edges are lightly golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Avoid overbaking for the best chewy texture.
