Ingredients:

  • Bacon strips (any quantity you prefer)

 Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Prepare a Baking Sheet

  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.

  • Place a wire rack on top if you want crispier bacon (optional).

3. Arrange the Bacon

  • Lay the bacon strips in a single layer on the baking sheet or rack.

  • Make sure the slices don’t overlap for even cooking.

4. Bake the Bacon

  • Place the tray in the middle rack of the oven.

  • Bake for 15–20 minutes, depending on your desired crispness:

    • 15 minutes = soft and chewy

    • 20+ minutes = extra crispy

5. Drain and Serve

  • Once done, use tongs to transfer bacon to a paper towel–lined plate.

  • Let cool for 2–3 minutes before serving.

Cleanup Tip:

  • If you lined the pan with foil or parchment paper, simply discard the grease carefully after it cools.
