4 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons jerk seasoning
1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lemon, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a bowl, mix together the jerk seasoning, lemon pepper seasoning, and olive oil until well combined.
3. Rub this flavorful marinade all over the salmon fillets, making sure each one gets a nice, even coating.
4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the salmon fillets on top. Lay a few lemon slices over each piece of salmon.
5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to your liking.
6. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon easily flakes apart with a fork.
7. If you’re feeling a bit fancy, add a sprinkle of fresh herbs before serving. Enjoy while it’s warm!
