HERB MARINATED GRILLED SHRIMP _ Smoky, juicy bites with a zesty herb twist!
Ingredients:
1 ½ lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined (tails on)
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions: Make the Marinade:
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, herbs, paprika, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Marinate the Shrimp:
Add shrimp to the bowl, toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Preheat the Grill:
Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high. Lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking. Grill the Shrimp:
Place shrimp on the grill and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until they’re pink and slightly charred. Serve Hot:
Serve immediately with lemon wedges or over rice, salad, or skewered for easy eating.
