• 2 cups crushed graham crackers
• ½ cup melted butter
• 16 oz (450g) cream cheese, softened
• ½ cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup blueberry pie filling or fresh blueberries

1. Mix graham crackers with melted butter and press into a springform pan to form the crust. Chill for 10 minutes.
2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over the crust.
3. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 40 minutes or until set. Let cool.
4. Top with blueberry pie filling or fresh blueberries.
5. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
