Deep-Fried Shrimp Alfredo Burrito Bites

A crispy and creamy fusion of flavors in every bite!

Ingredients:
– 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 1 cup Alfredo sauce
– 4 large flour tortillas
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
– 2 eggs, beaten
– Oil for frying
– Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
– In a bowl, mix the shrimp with salt, pepper, and Alfredo sauce. Set aside.
– Place a tortilla on a flat surface and spoon some of the shrimp mixture in the center.
– Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the shrimp mixture.
– Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up tightly.
– Dip each burrito in the beaten eggs, then roll in breadcrumbs to coat.
– Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully place the burrito bites in the oil.
– Fry until golden brown on all sides, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
– Serve warm with additional Alfredo sauce for dipping.
