Ingredients:
2 lbs sirloin steak, cubed
4 large potatoes, diced
1 onion, diced
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup beef broth
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions:
Layer Ingredients:
Add cubed steak, diced potatoes, and onion to the crockpot. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Add the Liquid:
In a small bowl, mix beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Pour evenly over the ingredients in the crockpot.
Cook:
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or HIGH for 3 to 4 hours, until steak is tender and potatoes are soft.
Add the Cheese:
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top during the last 10 to 15 minutes. Cover and let cheese melt.
Serve:
Scoop into bowls and serve warm. Garnish with fresh parsley or green onions if desired.
