Creamy Shell Pasta with Herb Butter Steak Bites & Roasted Tomatoes

For the Steak Bites:
β€’ 1 lb sirloin steak, cubed
β€’ 1 tbsp olive oil
β€’ Salt & black pepper
β€’ 1 tsp garlic powder
β€’ 1 tsp Italian herbs

For the Creamy Shell Pasta:
β€’ 8 oz shell pasta
β€’ 2 tbsp butter
β€’ 3 cloves garlic, minced
β€’ 1 cup heavy cream
β€’ 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
β€’ Salt & black pepper to taste
β€’ Chopped parsley

For the Tomatoes:
β€’ 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
β€’ Olive oil drizzle
β€’ Pinch of salt & pepper

1. Roast the Tomatoes:
β€’ Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
β€’ Place cherry tomatoes on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
β€’ Roast for 12–15 minutes until blistered.
2. Cook the Pasta:
β€’ Boil shell pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. Make the Cream Sauce:
β€’ In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sautΓ© for 1 min.
β€’ Pour in cream and simmer for 3–4 mins. Stir in Parmesan, salt, pepper, and parsley.
β€’ Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat.
4. Sear the Steak Bites:
β€’ Season steak cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian herbs, salt & pepper.
β€’ Sear in a hot skillet 2–3 mins per side until golden and medium-rare.
5. Assemble:
β€’ Plate creamy shells, top with steak bites and roasted tomatoes. Sprinkle with parsley.
