Ingredients:
For the Steak Bites:
• 1 lb sirloin steak, cubed
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt & black pepper
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp Italian herbs
For the Creamy Shell Pasta:
• 8 oz shell pasta
• 2 tbsp butter
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
• Salt & black pepper to taste
• Chopped parsley
For the Tomatoes:
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
• Olive oil drizzle
• Pinch of salt & pepper
Instructions:
1. Roast the Tomatoes:
• Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
• Place cherry tomatoes on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
• Roast for 12–15 minutes until blistered.
2. Cook the Pasta:
• Boil shell pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
3. Make the Cream Sauce:
• In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 min.
• Pour in cream and simmer for 3–4 mins. Stir in Parmesan, salt, pepper, and parsley.
• Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat.
4. Sear the Steak Bites:
• Season steak cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian herbs, salt & pepper.
• Sear in a hot skillet 2–3 mins per side until golden and medium-rare.
5. Assemble:
• Plate creamy shells, top with steak bites and roasted tomatoes. Sprinkle with parsley.
