1 lb flank steak, cut into cubes
1 red and 1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 tsp coarse black pepper
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp cornstarch (for slurry)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp oil for frying

Marinate beef in 1 tbsp soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 mins.
Make sauce: Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar, and black pepper.
Stir-fry beef in hot oil until browned. Set aside.
Cook garlic, onions, and peppers until slightly softened.
Return beef to pan. Pour in sauce. Cook 1β2 mins until thick and glossy.
Serve with rice or noodles.
