Sooo good and tender , the meat will fall right off of the bone.

– 2-3 pounds turkey wings
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning
– 1 tablespoon paprika
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
– 1 tablespoons of Kinder’s poultry seasoning
– 1 tablespoons garlic purée
– 1 onion
– 1 red bell pepper, 1 orange bell pepper, 1 green bell pepper
– 1 cup of chicken broth
-lemon and vinegar (for cleaning)

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) , while cleaning the Turkey wings in lemon and vinegar.
2. Rinse turkey wings and pat dry with paper towels.
3. In a large bowl add Turkey wings .. mix olive oil, garlic purée and all seasonings
4. In a oven safe dish add 1/2 stick of butter, add in onions and bell peppers and arrange turkey wings on top in a single layer. Add 1/2 cup of chicken broth and cover with foil.
6. Bake for 1 hour covered , then uncover and bake an additional 45 minutes.
7. Remove from oven.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
