Ingredients
2 lobster tails
4 tbsp butter, melted
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley and lemon wedges (for garnish)

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Using kitchen scissors, cut the top of each lobster shell down the middle and gently pull the meat up, resting it on top of the shell.
Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Brush the garlic butter over the lobster meat.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, or until lobster is opaque and cooked through.
Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges. Serve immediately.
