Baked Ham, Cheese & Egg Cups (Muffin Tin Recipe)
Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or meal prep
Ingredients (6 cups)
- 6 slices ham (or bacon / turkey ham)
- 6 eggs
- ½ cup grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, Emmental, or parmesan)
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- Optional: chopped parsley or dill, paprika, chili flakes

- Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F
- Lightly grease a muffin tin
- Line each cup with 1 slice of ham, pressing it into the shape
- Add 1–2 tablespoons grated cheese into each cup
- Carefully crack one egg into each
- Season with salt & pepper
- Bake for 15–18 minutes
- 15 min → soft yolk
- 18 min → firmer yolk
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm
Variations
Add spinach, mushrooms, or bell peppers
Use crispy bacon instead of ham
Add cream cheese or feta for extra creaminess
Serve on toasted bread or English muffins
Tips
- Let rest 2 minutes before removing from tin
- Great for meal prep – reheat gently
- Can be made in air fryer: 170°C for 10–12 min
