Today, we’re bringing back that nostalgia with a modern twist: a simple chocolate brownie recipe made with Quik (or Nesquik).
Quik Brownies Recipe
Ingredients:

1 cup all-purpose flour

½ cup Nestlé Quik (or Nesquik) chocolate powder

½ cup sugar

½ cup melted butter

2 eggs
-
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking powder

½ cup chocolate chips (optional for extra gooeyness)
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until smooth.

Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing well.

In a separate bowl, sift the flour, Quik powder, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet mixture.

Stir in chocolate chips if using.

Pour the batter into a greased square baking pan.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with just a few crumbs.
