Strawberry French Toast Roll-Ups

Ingredients
4 slices of bread
2 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Strawberries, hulled and sliced
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Butter for frying
Maple syrup for serving

Directions
1. Start by using a rolling pin to flatten out all four slices of bread.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
3. Lay out each slice of bread, add a few sliced strawberries, and then roll it up snugly.
4. Dip your strawberry-filled rolls into the egg mixture, making sure they’re nicely coated.
5. Melt a bit of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Place the roll-ups in the pan and cook, turning as needed, until they’re golden brown on every side.
6. While they’re warm, mix the sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle it generously over the roll-ups.
7. Serve these sweet roll-ups with a drizzle of maple syrup and enjoy every bite!
