Ingredients:
1 kg chicken wings
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup cornstarch
Oil for frying
For the Sauce:
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp chili paste
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tbsp sesame oil
For Garnish:
Sesame seeds
Red and green chillies
Procedure:
1. Season the chicken wings with salt and pepper, then coat evenly in cornstarch.
2. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Fry the chicken in batches until golden and cooked through, about 10 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
3. For the sauce:
Combine soy sauce, honey, chili paste, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil in a saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
4. Toss the fried chicken in the sauce until evenly coated.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Enjoy
