Okra Water Recipe – Nature’s Detox Drink

Ingredients:
4 fresh okra pods
1 glass of water (about 250 ml)
Instructions:
1. Rinse the okra pods thoroughly under running water.

2. Cut off the ends and slice each pod in half lengthwise (you can also slice them into rounds if you prefer).
3. Place the okra in a glass of water.
4. Cover and let it sit overnight at room temperature (6–8 hours).
5. In the morning, remove the okra and drink the water on an empty stomach.
Optional:
You can squeeze a few drops of lemon juice into the water for extra flavor and vitamin C.
