Detox Green Juice for Energy
Ingredients (Serves 2):

1 cup kale or spinach (fresh)

1 cucumber (peeled if not organic)

1 green apple (for sweetness)

½ lemon (peeled)

1-inch piece of fresh ginger (peeled)

1 stalk celery

½ cup fresh parsley or cilantro (optional, for extra detox benefits)

½ – 1 cup water or coconut water (for blending)

Ice cubes (optional, for serving)
Instructions:

Wash all produce thoroughly.

Chop the fruits and vegetables into smaller chunks for easy blending or juicing.

Juicer Method: Run everything through a juicer.

Blender Method:

Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Strain through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag for a smoother juice (optional).

Serve chilled with ice if desired. Drink immediately for best nutrient retention.
