Ingredients:
– 2 pounds kielbasa, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
– 1 cup brown sugar
– 1/2 cup honey
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 1/4 cup ketchup
– 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

– 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1. Prepare the Kielbasa:
– Slice the kielbasa into 1/2-inch thick pieces and place them in the slow cooker.
2. Make the Sauce:
– In a medium bowl, combine the brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, ketchup, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well until the ingredients are fully combined.
3. Combine Kielbasa and Sauce:
– Pour the sauce over the kielbasa in the slow cooker, stirring to ensure all the pieces are well-coated.
4. Cook:
– Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours or on HIGH for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally to make sure the sauce thickens and the kielbasa gets well-glazed.
5. Serve:
